Brysen's classes are great for practitioners of all levels, and will help you get up out of your desk and into a quick hour long flow designed to help you tackle the rest of your day. For beginners and those with years on their mat, Brysen will lead us through a private vinyasa yoga class designed to our pace and style. For those yogis and yoginis new to yoga, you can expect to learn proper posture alignment, proper breathing, and how to transition from posture to posture with ease. For those yogis and yoginis with many hours on the mat, Brysen will help you expand upon your breathing and postural awareness. Expect to be challenged just enough and re-energized for your work day!
